Founded in New York in 2013 by Mickey Ashmore, Sabah was inspired by a pair of traditional Turkish shoes he received as a gift. Each pair is handcrafted by skilled artisans in Gaziantep, Turkey, using age-old techniques, with production later expanded to a workshop in El Paso, Texas. Sabah is built on values of independence, craftsmanship, and community. Instead of mass production, the brand focuses on making durable, timeless shoes.
