This shirt jacket has an indigo texture that looks like it has been worn for a long time.

We use thread dyed indigo using a method called Kasezome, and we use an original sashiko fabric that is made to feel as light and comfortable as shirt fabric. Because the skeined thread changes color with each skein, it is characterized by the unevenness that appears in vertical lines as it is woven. You can enjoy the deep color fading even among indigo. It has a red selvage that is unique to power looms, and its soft and fluffy texture is attractive.

The key point is the contrast between the "edge" of the indigo canvas on the front edge and elbows and the unique "vertical drop" of yarn-dyed Sashiko fabric, which is processed after it is made into a product. With a large flap pocket on the chest and a cut-out waist pocket, you can wear it like a jacket even though it's a shirt.
