This jacket was made for soldiers serving at the base. It is a utility shirt made of cotton denim fabric, based on a unique design that mixes three different jackets from different eras. The upper part combines the designs of utility shirts from 1940 and 1943. The lower part is based on a utility shirt from the 1970s. Based on the assumption that “if it really existed as a vintage item,” the parts from each era are sewn together and finished with a different sewing procedure than usual. This is a masterpiece unique to Nigel, who is particular about the story and process. It is a looser fit than previous shirts.
